The equipment is working well and delivery was quick. My only complaint is Australia Post made no attempt to deliver it and I had to go to the post office in the next suburb to collect it. Maybe you should use someone else for deliveries.

Hi Bruce, thanks for the feedback. Through our distribution chain, we use several delivery services depending on the location of our customer, the location of the stock and other regional factors. Australia Post should leave a calling card if delivery is attempted with no-one in attendance. We will pass your concern on, and thank you for raising this for our attention.
