To make your ordering and local pickup experience as smooth as possible, please note the following:

• If you require same day collection, we should be able to arrange this with a minimum of 2 hours notice, especially if your order is processed early in the morning.  Please contact us before ordering for the fastest response.
• You must place your order online first (and pay) and wait for an email stating your order is ready for pickup.
• We are unable to accommodate walk-in sales or changes to orders in store.

• No stock held at this location, must be transferred from Osborne Park warehouse first
• All orders for Booragoon office pickup will be transferred from our partner’s Osborne Park warehouse to our Booragoon office. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for us to process your order and transfer your items from Osborne Park to Booragoon.
